About ‘The Brown Truth’
The Brown Truth is a natural woman who became interested in creating positive mediums for Black/Natural women looking for natural hair inspiration and encouragement. Because of the many Black women who have had so many negative experiences with relaxing their hair for most of their lives [some even since under the age of six], The Brown Truth was inspired to navigate into the world of natural hair just for the purposes of becoming a positive and visually representational example of the true possibilities of Black Hair.
Upon entering this journey, The Brown Truth fell in love with the experience and introduction into the world of healthy hair and soon found herself a part of the growing international community which consists of Black women from all parts of the world learning, maintaining, and teaching others how to truly and optimally take care of the beautiful hair that is and has always been our true and natural beauty.
The Brown Truth is not claiming to be an expert, but rather, a representation of the positive natural hair experience for those who put 100% effort into committing to this different type of beauty…which hasn’t [and mostly have not] always been accepted as a standard of beauty throughout the world.
With this blog, The Brown Truth hopes to contribute to the ever-growing community of “Natural-Haired Beauties“…
The creation of a positive Black Image is and always will be the goal of this blog. With much inspiration and encouragement to Brown Truth Tubers everywhere!
